References the high-visibility vests worn by win motorbike taxi drivers across Phuket and Thailand, riders who navigate traffic, transport passengers, wait at designated stands marked by orange vests and numbered assignments.
 
The vests are mandated. Bright orange for visibility. Reflective tape to catch headlights. Numbers assigned by zone, identifying which stand the driver operates from. Infrastructure designed to make labor seen, to separate riders from traffic, to mark human presence where speed and density create risk.
 
This jacket recontextualizes that system.  Win vests are lightweight, worn over clothing in heat. This is a canvas work jacket quilted for insulation, structured for cold. Labor gear reimagined through climate it was never designed for.
